Note on: Uncle Albert’s Refuge

Written for a picture prompt contest, by Laun Gauthier. 6 lines maximum. Artwork is prompt.

The picture reminded me of a scene in Mary Poppins where Bert and the children end up with Uncle Albert's home are found floating on the ceiling after they laugh. The picture was happy enough and fantastic enough to take me to that land.

The poem won an honourable mention (fifth from 24 submissions.)
