Ongoing droughts in Sub-Saharan East Africa lead to food shortages - an ongoing problem. An earthquake in China kills a quarter of a million people. Yet another devastating flood hits Bangladesh.
The world was a dangerous place. Possibly no worse than it always is, but clearly these things led to Four Horsemen. Do we see such tragedies as the approaching "End of Days"?
The end of line rhyme scheme goes A-A-B-B-C-C-D-E-D-E. There is also an irregularly placed middle of the line rhyme scheme that goes A-A-B-B-C-C-D-D. On reviewing it, I changed a few words here and there. Also the last line go expanded, with a rhyming doublet.
