The temperature when we landed was going to be 36 degrees in Alice Springs at 11am

I changed the last line by stealing from “My Fair Lady”. Just you wait, Henry Higgins, Just you wait!

There’s four of us here on the plane,
And numbness lies thick on my brain.
Still an hour till we land
Near the hot desert sand
But it’s much too slow on the train.
