A common occurrence in almost 44 years of life with my beloved. Bile duct spasms with no stones to remove, and later nerve entrapment ( similar pain, different locations).
If I made a triangle with my three middle fingers, Juliet could squeeze as hard as she could and cause only mild discomfort to me, much like giving someone a cloth to bite down on so they wouldn’t bite their lip. Eventually, medication would kick in. For someone so sick, we managed to build a life around her. © 23 Jan 2025
